Hollybrook Homes scheme
The first signs of physical regeneration can be seen on the Basildon town centre skyline, thanks to Hollybrook Homes 'icon' scheme. 121 one and two bed apartments are being constructed opposite the train station, that has kickstarted the regeneration of this area.
