Pitsea Town Centre

Pitsea is a step closer to major regeneration, following the endorsement of its town centre master plan.

The plans jointly funded by Basildon District Council and Basildon Renaissance Partnership will breathe new life and encourage investment into the area.  Following Councillors endorsement, an Implementation Plan will now be produced.

This will set out how the plan can be delivered and consider the best option for promoting and attracting the private sector investment required to deliver the proposals and secure the proposed public realm and infrastructure works.
